i was thinking of stuff that could help me study better, and maybe allow me to burn the midnight oil although i'm quite against global warming.

Something hot or spicy.
Bitter.
Sour.
Caffeine, sadly thats one of the things which aids ma sleep.
just realised that listening to oldies can actually make me study.
someone to talk to who can keep you awake.
and of course something to look forward to! like telling yourself tmr's the last paper when its actually just gonna start. bleh time to sleep. gooodmorning
